Welcome to the Zone! For over thirty years we have had the privilege of serving the early education and child care needs of local families. In 1999 we opened our Adventure Zone program and began to serve school age children as well. We are excited that you have chosen our program and look forward to serving your needs. If ever you have questions please do not hesitate to call or stop in the office. Communication with parents is one of my top priorities!

Our days are filled with activities, learning and fun. Our Pinnacle and Creative Curriculum provide activities in all areas of development from infancy to school age.

Our Philosophy

Christian Care Center provides a high quality early childhood care and education program in a Christian environment.

Our History and Licensure

Christian Care Center, a ministry of the Florence Christian Church, has been providing quality, loving care for children since 1978.

We are licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky and care for children ages 6 weeks through Kindergarten. Our infants, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten classrooms are located in the lower level of Florence Christian Church, 300 Main Street. Our Pre-Toddlers, Toddlers and Pre-School children have classrooms at our original site 284 Main Street.

Pinnacle Curriculum

Pinnacle Curriculum is a Christian based non-denominational program that promotes the loving, caring, learning environment that your child needs and deserves.

Pinnacle is based on the works of noted education psychologists Piaget, Gardener, and Erikson, providing hands-on, center based activities that promote the development of emerging skills through:
