Have you reached a plateau in your spiritual
journey with God? Without recognizing it, I had
let slide what makes life work to the fullest
joy in Jesus Christ. I wasn’t accepting the
truth that God chose me because he loves me. I
am a beloved child of God. He created me and set
His affections upon me. In return, He asks me to
set my affections upon Him. I now have a deeper
renewed relationship that takes between us.
This greater truth came to me through
participating in a bible study by Beth Moore
entitled, “Living Beyond Yourself - Exploring
the Fruit of the Spirit”. With each passing
week, I discovered the Word of God in a whole
new revelation. I found myself yearning with a
new hunger as He spoke to me in a new and
personal way.
This 10-week study focuses on Galatians 5:
22-23, exploring the fruit of the Spirit. I
invite you to participate in this same study, as
it begins here on August 10 through October 12
at 1:30 pm in The Well at the Main Street
campus. We are hoping for 30 participants in
